* A Biosecurity Vanuatu Officer shall collect samples to be analyzed at the VBS Lab from the Exporter’s Facility.
* Samples delivered to the VBS Lab from Biosecurity Officers must be properly labelled with the correct Client Name, Client Code and Date.
* Analyses Invoice will be sent via email to Biosecurity Vanuatu and all Analyses Payments will be made to the Biosecurity cashier.
* Test results will be issued upon receiving receipt of payment by Biosecurity Vanuatu.
* Test results will only be issued to clients by Biosecurity Officer responsible.
