NISCOL ( Northern Island Stevedore Company limited) is the only stevedore company in Santo. It takes an average of thirty (30) minutes from the time a completed and stamped Bill of Lading (BoL) is received by the invoice clerk from Customs Authority and Bio-security (Quarantine) to the time the client is issued his invoice.
